However, some people after reading the following text will form their own opinion that Maharaj became such a great king because he read this book and practiced it. So it is not so. It is certain that if a king becomes an ideal as given in Kautilya, he can surely become a world champion. But this book should not have been read by Maharaj, in fact there is no possibility that even Maharaj to have an idea of ​​such kind of book. Chhatrapati were really like the ideal king of Kautilya. It is like that the qualities of an ideal king were already intended for Maharaj in Kautilya.
